Context‍

Founded in 2020, Lumiphase designs and manufactures optical engines with their proprietary technology, delivering leading-edge efficiency, which was also recognized as they won the Swiss Pioneer Prize. In 2023, Lumiphase had grown to 30 FTEs, with plans to continue this growth trajectory. In an effort to equip every team lead with tools to excel as effective managers, Lukas, the founder, enlisted Diane for coaching the newly formed leadership team. To help them with this topic, Diane came in to deliver training and coaching.

Achievements

Diane delivered the following :

• A face-to-face workshop to enable everyone to know each other’s work preference at a deeper level and thus enable stronger collaboration
• A training on the 8 data-backed tools to be a great manager
• Executive Coaching for team leads to build upon the existing training of leading teams
• The implementation of the Strengths Philosophy from Gallup

Today, Lumiphase reached a staff count of 70, and is continuing on its growth trajectory.
