Frequently asked questions

What is the principle of RPO?
arrow
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a recruitment solution where a company outsources all or part of its recruitment process to a specialized service provider who intervenes on a assignment. This mode of operation is often preferred in the context of urgent and/or large-scale recruitment needs.
How is a Recruiter in Residence assignment organized?
arrow
Each Recruiter in Residence assignment is organised according to our precise methodology:
- Kickoff : The assignment begins with a few days to analyse your specific needs and recruitment challenges and to meet the stakeholders in the process.
- We carry out a small assessment of the existing system to enable us to identify your organisation's strengths and weaknesses in terms of recruitment.
- Definition of Targets and Focus : Following the assessment, we work with you to define clear targets for the assignment. This includes identifying expected priorities and outcomes, ensuring that our intervention is aligned with your strategic needs.
- Action Plan and Retroplanning: We then draw up a detailed action plan based on a precise retroplanning schedule. This plan includes the various stages to be followed and the deadlines to be met, ensuring a structured and effective approach.

Is it possible to use an In-Residence Recruiter only 2 to 3 days a week and not a full week?
arrow
In Residence RPO recruiters are generally hired for missions of 5 days a week for more relevance and follow-up on the missions.
However, it is entirely possible to call on a Recruiter in Residence in a “part-time” format. To do this, we work with freelance recruiters with whom you can benefit from great flexibility in terms of the number of days worked per week. Freelance recruiters intervene according to the requirements and challenges of your organization. So, whether you need flexible part-time support or more intensive support, our solutions adapt to your needs, allowing you to make the most of our recruitment experts.
Do Recruiter in Residence missions have a minimum/maximum duration?
arrow
The assignments of our In-Residence Recruiters are designed to offer maximum flexibility in order to adapt to your specific needs. There is no strict minimum or maximum length of assignment. However, to ensure optimum efficiency and to enable our recruiters to integrate well with your teams and understand your needs, we generally recommend a minimum of 3 months. The maximum duration depends entirely on your requirements and targets. Our recruiters can commit to the period that best suits your situation. This flexibility allows you to benefit from tailor-made support, adjusted according to the evolution of your recruitment needs and objectives.
What is the pricing and operation of a Recruiter in Residence contract?
arrow
Pricing for our in Residence recruiter service is based on an Average Daily Rate (ADR) which varies depending on the profiles and specific skills of our recruiters. This cost is invoiced according to the number of days worked each month. At the end of every month, we calculate the total number of days worked and issue a final invoice. This flexible and transparent approach allows us to adapt precisely to your recruitment needs, with no hidden costs or long-term commitments. There is a minimum commitment of six weeks at the start of the contract to guarantee the effectiveness of our action. Beyond this period, the contract is flexible and can be terminated by a simple e-mail giving 15 days' notice.
