Why have you taken on this new challenge?

I’ve always been drawn to the entrepreneurial world by a compelling realization: the unequivocal impact of people on a venture's success. With 16 years of enriching business experience across Europe, my journey has been a testament to the transformative power of ideas and people. This focus isn't just professional; it's deeply personal, grown from witnessing firsthand how the right people can turn the tide for any company. My mission with InResidence is to harness this insight, marrying my passion for people with a strategic approach to HR, to empower startups and scale-ups to achieve their fullest potential.

InResidence is more than a service; it's a strategic partner for Swiss startups and scale-ups, offering on-demand access to a pool of HR experts who bring not only their HR acumen but also a robust business understanding to the table. Rooted in my core belief that people are the fulcrum of success, we're here to transform HR from a support function into a strategic asset. Whether it's embedding our team in-house for anything from short stints to long-term engagements, defining culture and performance frameworks, or providing executive coaching, InResidence is designed to make HR impactful, data-driven, and aligned with your strategic goals. Our recent projects across Switzerland and France underscore our commitment to creating tailored solutions that drive business growth, foster a strong company culture, and enhance leadership effectiveness.

What advices would you give to female entrepreneurs?

While I believe entrepreneurial advice transcends gender, there are nuances that female entrepreneurs, in particular, might navigate differently. First, don't underestimate your achievements or wait for milestones that exceed funding requirements. Start pitching earlier than you think you're ready; your progress is more impressive than you realize. Second, the power of a strong peer group and network of advisors cannot be overstated.
