With almost 20 years’ experience in HR, Nicolas has held a number of specialist positions ( coaching, recruitment, talent management) in major international groups. He then moved on to HR positions in human-sized companies, where he built up high-performance HR organizations that were close to the business. He supports our customers in their operational and strategic human resources management, covering all aspects of the People function.
